Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellation terms
- Up to 30 days prior the arrival date: Free cancellation without any cost.
- Between 30 and 15 days prior the arrival date: Charge of 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
- From 14 days prior the arrival date: Charge of 80% of the total cost of the reservation.
- In case of no-show: Charge of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
- Cancellation terms for Non-Refundable Rates
- For reservations with non-refundable rates, the full amount is charged at the time of confirmation and is not refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.
- Changes in reservation
- Changes in reservation (e.g. change of dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and may result in price changes.
- In case of failure to introduce changes due to unavailability, the same terms as for cancellations shall apply.
- Special terms
- Unforeseen Events: In the event of cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, health emergencies), flexible price policies shall apply, to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation
- Cancellation or modification requests must be sent by email to booking@dioesrl.it.
- Cancellation shall be considered valid only after receiving a written confirmation from the residence personnel.
- Refunds
- Any refunds shall be processed within 10 working days from receiving the confirmation of cancellation.
- Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for the reservation.
- Final Notes
- The residence reserves the right to amend the present policy at any time. Those terms and conditions shall apply which are in force at the time of reservation.
