Our magnificent residence with a Sicilian character offers a spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished sunlit rooms and spaces. Dione Casale sul Mare has two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms downstairs and one en-suite queen-size bedroom upstairs with a spacious sea-view terrace, perfect for relaxing with a drink while admiring the breathtaking landscape.
All the external spaces are capacious and are furnished with comfortable armchairs and loungers, making spending time outdoors highly enjoyable. The seafront veranda is a popular spot of our guests for cozy hangouts on warm sunny days or romantic dinners under the stars as it is directly connected to a large fully furnished and elegant kitchen with a modern living room.
Connected to this spacious area there is another building, featuring the second, well-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances. It is easily accessible from both inside and outside, with a veranda covered by a characteristic pergola, under which you can enjoy alfresco breakfast or other meals while admiring the beautiful sea view.
The residence also has its own piece of green nature – a large nicely kept garden for spending time in complete privacy and a large carport for car parking.
